Description: 

(1)  Campaign:  Marketer will proceed marketing campaigns to attract customer by marketing tools in system via Email marketing and SMS branding.

(2) Lead:  After receiving feedback comment from customers, marketer will record by “Lead”

(3) Potential (account): Lead will be receive by sale man and be taken care. In take care process, sale man will confirm and change status of customer from Lead to Account.

(4) Opportunity: In a larger account, sale man will continue taking care and confirm who will bring to them opportunity to selling.

(5) Sale activities: Sale man proceed sales activities like deposit, make contract… with their customers. If the contract is win, law department will proceed legals, Accounting department will proceed collection with customer.

(6)  Legal records : Conducting legals records relate to customer.

(7) To transfer house: After customer pay in advance 95% then conducting transfer house and legals.

(8) Reports and statistics: System will auto statistics and make report follow template from database is inputted each campaign.
